Kind of bad problem installing CS 1.3

Looks like you have a corrupt install.

Try another clean install of CS if you get the same problem I would download CS1.3 again from a different site it could be a bad download.

Nuts; took me awhile to find a server that wasn't busy - and that wasn't slow as a dead snail in January. Hopefully the next try will work.
