I love how alkemyst starts a truly bizarre thread and meticulously replies with ham-handed angry responses at everyone who criticizes him for it. Yet he 'doesn't care' about this board.

I thought this was about KISS.

I was about to give my condolences to Gene.

Damn, I'm a fairly young guy and not even into rap music but to not know who Russel Simmons is... damn. How about Rev. Run and his family on MTV... nobody even flips to the channel and sees the ads for it? Russel(Rev's brother) is on there quite a bit.

Def Jam records... Def Jam comedy? Run DMC? Anyone? Bueller?

ATOT surely is some old, whitey crackas.

MTV stopped being worthy of viewership...oh, about 1984.

As for your last comment, were it the reverse, the offending party would be banned from ATOT. Just noting that for posterity.

Russel Simmon you MTV-deprived ppl

Not to mention both have been in the media, fashion (phat farm/baby phat) and music a long time.

Man some people here live under a rock.

Umm... no. Some of us go and climb rocks... Y'know, like going outside to play instead of growing roots into the couch and watching mindless fluff that is so barren of intellectual content that the majority of ATOT has no idea WTF it is?

Think about that for a sec...

lol, climbing rocks.

If you seriously got outside it's hard to miss seeing something about Phat Farm or Baby Phat or the Def Jam.

where i live alky you can spend a week outside and not see other people, so no its not hard to miss those 3 things, i used to live in a very populated area and i dont recall ever recall seeing anything about the 3 things mentioned

i know what phat farm is, id never heard of baby phat before this thread, i know def jam is a record company but thats meaningless when you dont listen to the radio, watch MTV or buy rap CDs
