Something else which is strange/odd/different in that pic is the microphones. In the world of the Western press they are all shoved up to the podium in a huge mass of differing colors, shapes and sizes.

That you did not know of the agreement between the Clinton administration and N. Korea for them to shut down their old reactor and all nuclear weapons programs in exchange for oil, food and two light water nuclear reactors only shows that you should not be in these discussions.

You are too uninformed and biased to have a worthwhile discussion with.
