Killzone2, no 1080p?

I just finished it, dissapoited 2 c there is still little AF in the latest game, i wish it was 1080p, i don't mind a small lag

Are ANY console game true 1080p yet? I thought most were 720 anyway so it's not too surprising.

I believe Lair for the PS3 is rendered natively in 1080p

AFAIK there are no "true" 1080p games. PS3 or Xbox. Yes there is a list of games that support 1080p but pretty much no game is really "true" 1080p. They are just scaled. Hell many games aren't even at least 720p.

I'm pretty sure this is wrong. Indeed, most games are not "really" 1080p, so you are correct about that, but there are a few that really are, both on the 360 and PS3.

The PS3 has several games which have a 1080p rendering mode, but which will default to 720p or 1080i if those modes are available, as the 1080p mode is often rather choppier than those two, for questionable image quality gains.

There are a few on PSN. WipEout HD is, so are the Pixel Junk titles. Or at the vary least they're supposed to be. I don't have a 1080p TV so I'm not 100% sure on this.
