Killing Process in Task Manager

how the hell do I kill a process in the task manager if it says "The operation could not be completed... Access Denied"

Its my virus software that is interfering with an install of some software.

Just right click the software in the taskbar and disable auto protect.

If disabling real time scanning in your antivirus software doesnt work: Go into Control Panel->AdministrativeTools->Services. Locate the services you want. Right click and select Stop. If they wont stop set them to disabled and reboot the computer.

When you get done installing what you want you can go back into services and reenable the one you want. Then reboot.
