I just received a bunch of AA from byd and they are great.....I was wondering if anyone wanted to trade 6 AA for 6 AAA? This should probably be in the for sale / trade forums but it seems as though everyone is doing this here......

Thanks, looks like a good deal does anyone have a review.

BTW there is a $5 off $29.99 coupon, free shipping and free Attache Case for Harbor Freight phone orders only (1-800-423-2567).

Yes, I have it and here's your review: Get it, it works. My only wish is that it would condition the batteries automatically, which it says it does, but doesn't.

Good one, how is it comparing with V-2000?

What I like about it is that it has an LCD screen that tells you everything that is happening to the battery. Looks like they have the instruction manual online also.

Speaking of battery chargers , I think I have found a lower cost equivalent ( it looks similar but no LCD ) to the Maha MH C-777 plus universal charger for NiCd NiMH LiIon. ( for camcorder, cellular, and battery cells if in a holder ). It is the Lenmar BCR-336 for under $ 40 at many places on the web (try Froogle ).

Coupon codes/ links are prohibit here.

If you can't find it by doing a internet search, than call Harbor Freight and request it. They gave it to my friend without him even asking for it.

From the websites, it also looks like the v-2000 does not charge C or D size batteries. Sesopedalian can you confirm this?

No, it doesn't. Sorry for the confusion, but I thought I was refering to only the ones (the two linked above) that charge aa, aaa, c, d, Ni-Cad and Ni-MH. If the charger is not needed for traveling, it is nice to have a charger that can do the most since the prices are close.
