Killer Drone...those crazy Finnish

All fun and games until the battery dies and it comes down on someone! If there isn't a movie made with someone using this as a means to kill someone hollywood has failed.

"Balloons" made me think of the powerful lasers you can buy online that'll burn through black balloons fairly quickly.
Gimbal-mounted laser + heavy-lift multi-copter = ....probably multiple felony charges, and possibly a good story to tell.
