Some people just "snap" and go after the first person that pisses them off. Similar thing happened to me when I was living in Sunnyvale, CA. A fairly muscular guy in a small white geo metro drove up next to me and "saluted me with his middle finger" which then I returned the favor with the same "salute". When we both stopped at a stoplight, he got out of his car, slammed his door, and started yelling at me while still standing next to his door. When the light was about to turn green, he got back in his car, turned right and sped off - I could see him punching his steering wheel and literally yelling outward at his front window.

I had never seen that guy or his car before then..so I can only assume he had some anger management road rage issues.
