Coincidentally as I was reading this an ad popped up...and I found it very annoying. Popups are something you expect from lower sites, not one of this caliber.

I already told you guys -- Click on the ad, and close the windows it linked. The ads won't show up anymore, at least works for me. Don't blame anandtech moderators, I believe they will fix it soon.

This is so wierd, I've been on the forum on and off all day and about two minutes ago the ads started popping up when I refreshed to the home page and back. Then I saw this thread. Small world.

The popup isn't named so when you set up POW you have to select a blank.
