Is there some way to 1) retain the sense of personal integrity 2) accomplish a corporate goal with a team whole 3) pleasing the powers-that-be?
Perhaps there isn't right now, which seems unfortunate because we as people can choose our realities to our several and joint satisfaction.
I am fortunate in being able to communicate with people in person for their benefit. I've already achieved the stated goal of engagement. That's we'll and good on the surface, however philosophy affects approach. I interact with a patient based on my technical and emotional assessment, which doesn't work for checklist mentalities. Patient first money second seems to work better for everyone than the reverse. The latter leads to more paperwork for compliance which takes away from very limited time. People recognize insincerity.
In the end I'll do as I think best and let my performance in accomplishing the stated shared goal but to thy ownself be true.
