Man, why ever try to take Jack Bauer to a jail cell. He'd break out using your femoral artery as a lockpick within ten minutes.

I don't really understand it either, but then I think they are just like the rest of us. We go spend $50 on a bar tab but won't pay $15 for a cab. I think it's just the convenience, freedom, and ease of having your own car. It doesn't excuse it though by any means.

Yeah but the thing is $15 is almost 1/3 of our tab. $15 to them is just... chump change.

I'm surprised he hasn't been sued for sexual harassment yet. He keeps telling Chloe to open her sockets for him.

That seems like a fairly high bail amt. for a DUI. I wonder if it is based on his celebrity status?

I was starting to wonder why no one else had commented on the 25,000$ bail... Seems extremely excessive, especially since it was a misdemeanor charge

there were terrorists hiding in the tree!

"At 2am bar staff refused to serve any more alcohol. Undaunted, Kiefer persuaded management to let them loose in the lobby.

He ordered yet more booze on room service, then staggered around the entrance hall, entertaining pals with a bizarre, flailing breakdancing routine.

It was then that a huge Christmas tree caught his eye.

"I hate that f***ing Christmas tree," he declared. "The tree HAS to come down."

Kiefer warned staff: "I'm smashing it - can I pay for it?"

A staff member replied: "I'm absolutely sure you can, sir."

The Lost Boys star - famously ditched by Julia Roberts five days before their wedding in 1991 - then hurled himself into the Norwegian Spruce, sending baubles and lights crashing to the ground. Pulling pine needles out of his hair and t-shirt, he said to a hotel employee: "Ooh sorry about that...you're so cool. This f***ing hotel rocks."

Because in reality drinking and driving is extremely common. The deaths from it aren't really so significant other than it sucks when anyone dies.

However it's a huge cash cow and it empowers the MADD lobbists to push non-related issues through the polls.

I do find it funny how in this thread people are more accepting since many love Jack Bauer, whereas in almost all other threads on this thing here are met with DIAF and stuff.

Around the niteclub areas on evenings from about 9pm on Thursday to roughly 4am or so Sunday morning a high percentage of motorists would fail a breath test. These same people are not getting into accidents or maiming anyone.

The guy was actually on probation since '04 when he was also pulled over for a DUI. That time he blew a whopping .22 on the breathalyser. He's going to be in some serious shit now.

The best part: the judge who'll handle his case is the one who gave Britney a year in prison.
