Poor kid, but he should have tried to remain anonymous or something if he really wanted to tell. Not good to tell on people.

No he killed himself. Maybe if he would've stood up for himself and at least whipped somebodies ass it would've stopped.

Sounds to me like the typical bitch kid, did a bitch thing, and then pulled a bitch move by offing himself.

I see it as the school's failing. The parents did bring it up with the school. Though if it gotten bad and the school wasn't doing anything, they could have pulled him from school.

I really wanted to say something to insult you, but I suspect there is nothing I can say that compares with how you likely already feel about yourself. The only real hope is that you're 16-17 years old and haven't quite hit adulthood. If you have, then my sincerest apologies for what must be a miserable life.
 
are kids just huge pussies now, or did kids kill themselves often back in the day for bullying but without twitter and facebook it wasn't reported as often?
 
Another place where India makes USA crap in its pants. Bullying in Indian schools is less than 1% of in USA. There is ragging in Indian college during freshmen years but the laws are so strict that the bully could end up in prison without any proof.

no but i'm not sure what relevance that has to do with anything. i got bullied a little bit but that is pretty normal for kids growing up. it's part of growing up. i saw a lot of bullying as well.

no one ever killed themself or anything though.

I honestly believe it's for Internet fame. Kids are looking for their 15 minutes of fame, no matter what the cost.

probably back in a previous era suicide was considered shameful and for the weak so it was hidden? Or the internet is good about spreading these emotional cases.
I mean, some degree of bullying has always existed and always will, it's a natural instinct of teen-agers, so I don't think there is any reason for having more suicides now, except for an increased acceptability and the fact that no one believes you go to hell for it anymore.
