what does this even mean?

please elaborate.

I believe this dog's breath's account is terminated. LIke the MP parrot

“This parrot is no more. It has ceased to be. It's expired and gone to meet its maker. This is a late parrot. It's a stiff. Bereft of life, it rests in peace. If you hadn't nailed it to the perch, it would be pushing up the daisies. It's rung down the curtain and joined the choir invisible. This is an ex-parrot.”

OP the swipe you opened with "lots of church goers and republicans" shows you have biases towards white people, so based upon that its obvious the words the kid said struck a nerve with you and you want justice. But the school did act and this was a first offense. the incident is in the girls school record and will be reviewed if there is another incident. let it go for now.

that's no longer in my signature, so you have some esoteric past knowledge of this place.

So, who the f*** are you, creating a membership today from your previously banned account, and posting this nonsense about some world that clearly does not exist?

lol for the record that guy was not me, though i am a little sad i missed him

because it's not every day somebody quotes pomes that i wrote years ago! :awe:

Kids are cruel to each other. Will elevating the issue change anything for your daughter relative to what the school has done already?

It will be better documented and if the incident happens again with this girl (with my daughter or someone else), the punishment may be delivered by the county v.s. the school. My suspicion is that this girl behaves like this on the reg and probably comes from a home where the parents talk about minorities disparagingly on the reg.

to what is essentially a non-existing problem. It's not like your daughter was made to sit at the back of the bus, or denied basic human rights.

When I was growing up, kids were cruel to me too. One kid, made "ninja stars" out of stick-pins and masking tape. And threw them at people. (Other kids, not adults.) Yeah, "real winner".

My suspicion is the school has left things out or looked the other way in order to "minimize it". If it won't happen again then there should be no problem filling out the bullying form to document it. If it does happen again it's harder to sweep it again considering you have an affidavit from a parent indicating everything.

That bolded says it all.

OP sounds like he has a persecution complex. I don't think he's stopped to consider the possibility that unnecessarily escalating the situation may lead to WORSE treatment of his daughter. Kids in middle school are both intentionally and unintentionally cruel. Being a proper parent would be to make sure your daughter is prepared to respond to the possibility of people being mean to her, rather than attempting to shield her from everything.

Some idiot in my woodshop class made one out of wood and chucked it at the front of the room, hit the teacher in the head...principal was just a little upset, police called in, teacher never teached again and retired(was in his 60's).

heck, i'm white, and went to an all white school .. kids still treated me like crap. i got made fun of for wearing glasses, for being tall, for wearing the wrong brand of shoes, or watching the wrong tv program the day before.

Oh kids will always find a reason to bully. I was in a pretty much all-white suburban NJ public elementary school. My classmates and I were always bullied as we were in a program for 'gifted and talented' kids. Whether in between classes or on recess, all other classes in the schools picked on us nonstop.

I can only imagine if race and ethnicity became involved.

Gotta let it go OP. If it happens again though I'd be all over that school.

Also, don't start your posts like that, it invites the horrible in people to come out. I was offended by it, but I really don't care what you say as that is your right and it isn't "hate" speech by any means.
