Say what you like, but that kid will be deemed a pussy for the rest of his days in that town. He's going to be the school bitch.

Not necessarrily (sp?). This is only 5th grade. People change in Middle School, and even more in High School. Where I live, I can recall several dweebs and dorks who got picked on in Elementary/Middle School, but now, seeing them in High School, these guys are the LAST guys I'd consider to pick on.

This kinda stuff motivates kids to be stronger, and learn how to fight.

Either that, or he'll just bring a gun into school and kill everyone while eating Zebra cakes.

Getting your ass kicked is one thing. I agree that having that happen can motivate a kid to learn how to fight. Hell, that happened to me. I was picked on through most of middle school until my growth spurt came in 9th grade.

What I'm saying is having the article in the paper and seeking charges instead of taking his lumps and toughening up is going to cost him... big time.

All those reports you hear about kids having guns at school... just protecting the snack cakes, man.

Some punk tried that crap with my boy a few years back. He got a big surprise though when My boy dropped his ass and rubbed the cookie in his face. Never know who's carrying a black belt or in my boys case a Navy Blue belt (Tang Soo Do) which is equivilent to black belts in other disciplines.
