OK, I guess we/I need to clarify a few things here.
Have any of you ever heard of "Guilty by Ommission?"
When something is ILLEGAL and YOU choose to do NOTHING about it. (Report it, attempt to stop it, etc) You can be considered legally culpable due to your NEGLECT in doing anything about it. I.E. Guilty by Ommission.
I'm not getting into semantics about "which drug makes people more evil/stupid/horny/dumb/aggressive/passive/likely to vote for Kerry.
The two main drugs in this conversation are alcohol and marijuana. One of them is legal as of 1 August 2004. The other one is illegal as of the same date. Period.
One of them is socially acceptable in the real world; not the "Stoner Berkeley Free Willy Save the Whales, Trees, Tires and Leftovers Gay Rights Activist" world.
Having one in your system is irrelevant. Having the other will get you NOT HIRED.
I do believe I've made my point.
