This program will tell you 0-60 and quarter mile times, give you optimum shift points, allow you to see performance changes to the car, and has a database of 900 something cars. Pretty damn cool!

I'm having fun playing around with different launch techniques right now :)

edit:

To get the program to work, double click both exe's and say yes to overwrite.
Then, run CT.EXE

hahha.. you're comparing your sentra to a skyline and it's close enough? hahaha, if you say so.. i guess i'll just use ferrari instead of maxima then..

You should have been here long enough to know Rallispec is a fanatic when it comes to his Sentra. Even thoguh spork can take it. :)

I'm still trying to get the program to run.

it also has neat things like estimated MPG at a certain MPH, pretty cool stuff.

Yea, I keep saying yes, but then the command line prompt just closes itself...

then you run CT.exe

hmm, I'll put this at the top of the thread just in case.

if anything, the skyline should be thankful that i'm comparing it to a sentra.

and a ferrari... that doesnt even come close maxima's... so if you want to degrade your maxima down to ferrariism-- than be my guest. :)

Rallispec, you can enter the sentra into the database if you find out things like gear rations, max horsepower, compression ratio etc...
it'll be even better if you can find a dyno graph online.

Damn you. Now I'm gonna sit around all day 'racing' other cars.

Man my car is slow, I entered in all the crap it asked me for and I get a 0-60 9.2 sec, 1/4 17.0@82.8 mph.

It's pretty funny to pit a corolla against a porsche 911 turbo and watch the porsche icon smoke my corolla, hahaha.

Having been smoked by the porsche, I became disgruntled and I gave my car 1000 hp and the program said that my car couldn't handle it and it said I would spin the tires forever. I twiddled with the launch and suddenly my car was running 13 flat. Take that stupid porsche!

Then I gave the car another 1000 hp for 2000 hp total and it spun some more and it inched 1 ft for every 1 second. I tried playing with the launch again and the program couldn't handle my car and it crashed.

:D

I'll take all of you with my 2000 hp corolla!!

I remember using this program a long time ago, and had a ton of fun with it, but the novelty wore off after my car kept getting whooped. :(
I BADLY want the new Windows compatible version, but I don't know if I can get $35 of enjoyment out of it.
