Brandenburg v. Ohio makes the criminalization of "hate speech" unConstitutional unless said speech is likely to lead to imminent lawless action. Telling Jews to go back to their ovens, while horrible, is not inherently likely to lead to imminent lawless action; it certainly may spark a riot or violence, but it has to be
likely to, and that's difficult to prove.
So, to summarize, there are zero laws in the United States prohibiting hate speech as such laws are unConstitutional as ruled by the Supreme Court. If there
were such a law on the books, it would be unenforceable.
