"Looks like Khloe Kardashian may be running down the aisle.

The reality star plans to marry her NBA player beau Lamar Odom on Sunday in the Los Angeles, California, area, sources confirm to People magazine.

The ceremony is being thrown together so quickly that guests are being notified by phone that formal invitations will arrive this week, the sources add.

Confirming details first reported by E!, the sources say the couple went ring shopping over the weekend -- and found a sparkler that Kardashian liked.

The couple have been dating for only about a month, but their whirlwind romance is going well.

"They're very, very happy," older sister Kim told People this month. "Khloe thinks he's amazing and makes her laugh and smile constantly."


Can "reality" series/sports persons lives be this shallow?

It's Lamar Odom, and he's a great player on Lakers.

You need to fix your title cus it says Nick Odom and it's about Lamar Odom. If you don't know who Lamar Odom is you need to hand in your man card cus even if you don't like the Lakers, if you like sports in general who'd know who he is cus the Lakers always get the most airtime for Basketball.

Who the hell is Lamar (Nick) Odom? ... And who the hell is Khloe Kardashian?

I get to LA about 4 times a year and try my best to get in-and-out of that hell-hole as quickly as possible.

This could explain why I don't know who Khloe or Lamar (Nick) is!

To answer 1/2 of the OP's question, Khloe Kardashian is one of those people who's famous..... for being famous! Yep! Another Paris Hilton, though I don't know if she has semi-famous relatives.......

Having no knowledge of pop culture/sports doesn't make you cool. While I don't approve of people who post "who?" in threads - I'm even more confused why you'd start a thread about it.

Lamar Odom - is a well known NBA player, I'm not a big NBA fan but he's not really an obscure player.
Khloe Kardashian (assuming there is no prenup) - just won the lottery.
