Keyword Blocking

Does anyone know of a good place that has a list of websites/keywords to block on firewalls. I want to lock my down real good.

Besides looking at the blocked sites in internet explorer that you get from MS update.

Google's StopBadware database has something like 100,000 entries. For something more manageable, you could rummage through WinHelp2002's HOSTS file: http://www.mvps.org/winhelp2002/hosts.htm (scroll down to the animated folder icon).

In the big picture... it's not really going to be practical to implement. The bad guys register more new ones by the hour, with freaky names like taramparambum.com. In one attack, you might see dozens of randomly-named domains that no one's ever heard of before (and they might just use IP addresses, too).

I agree 100%. Using stuff like hosts file to block malware is just stupid. But tell that to the drones who keep repeating nonsense.
