dartworth, I usually buy tools from Anixter or Greybar. They are not the cheapest place to buy things, and neither company really understands the whole online thing (you have to call and talk to a sales rep). But they have all the pro tools, and their pricing is fair. The Harris/Dracon punch down tool should cost about $65. You can also buy good jacks from them (e.g., Ortronics).
There's probably some online place to buy these things cheaper, and of course there are cheaper tools and cheaper jacks you can find online. You get what you pay for. If I had to choose, I'd buy good tools and cheaper jacks. Good tools basically last forever.
