Keyboards with sturdy elevating props?

I'm not sure what to call them. The two bits on the underside of a keyboard that you flick into an open position so your keyboard is tilted at the far end / top.

Does anyone ever semi-regularly intentionally flip the position of these? I'm just wondering why most of these tend to be of a type that's easy to inadvertently flip into the closed/flat position.

My kids find it easy to do for some reason. I haven't had a problem with them personally. Other than some very very old models, every keyboard I have used has been a Logitech (save one Microsoft that I would rather not talk about).
