Keyboard Shortcut to display Menu bar in IE?

I work for a local cable ISP, installing cable Internet service. I occasionally encounter misconfigured computers where the menu bar is missing from Internet Explorer. I remember one of my coworkers knew a keyboard shortcut to enable/disable the menu. It impressed me, because I am well-versed in keyboard shortcuts for Windows and Internet Explorer. It is rare that I find someone who knows a keyboard shortcut that I do not use daily. However, I have a memory problem and somehow forgot this one, even though I had resolved to remember it. I also cannot remember who told me the shortcut.
