It?s alright I was a bit slow there. My head is just a bit scrambled at the moment, I?ve been working flat out from 8am through 9:15pm (now).

Hit Alt then the left or right arrows. Or just hold Alt- with the next letter being the shortcut to the part of the ribbon you want (hold down Alt to see the shortcuts). This is the same way you to get into menus in most programs, just the ribbon replaced menus.

Thanks that is very useful for me. I normally use lots of kb shortcuts, including F2 in Explorer for renaming, but didn't know this one.
