What is a good gaming keyboard where the paint won't just wear off. it can be Illuminated or not and I'm not worried about options just mainly want a keyboard wear the paint just doesn't wear off. Something might have lasered in solid keys.


Also what a good gaming mouse.
 
What paint are you talking about? The paint on the case or the legends on the keys? If it is the latter, then you almost have to pay over $100. to get keyboards with double-shot keys. Black markings on light keys will remain visible longer. I've had my keyboard with light markings on black keys for just around six months and some of the keys are nearly illegible already. The lines that make up the legends are just too thin and whatever the light color is just absorbs stuff like crazy.

If you can deal with a keyboard that does not have any fancy function buttons whatsoever, look for a good used IBM Model M. The lettering will NEVER wear off, no matter how much you type on them- ask any Model M owner who has used his/her KB for years (decades), and whose keycaps have gone through numerous dishwasher cycles. The Model Ms are from a different era of manufacturing standards, and are built like tanks (~5lbs). The older versions built by IBM have two-piece keycaps consisting of a base stem and a cover which has the actual imprinting, which makes for easy removal and cleaning. You will also be hard-pressed to find a more responsive keyboard.

So long as you do not mind the noise (clicky), there is no need to spend $100-150 for a Deck; you will not get fancy backlighting, but you will get superior build quality and tactile feel. Deck can go on all they want about their "Industrial diamond metal backplate," but I would put my money on the Model M's steel plate in a keyboard war any day.

For gaming mice, it depends on what you prefer in terms of grip. The Logitechs tend to be better if you like to use your palm to guide the mouse, while the Razers (at least the older models) cater more towards people who like to use their fingers for guidance.
 
I like use my fingers more But I like cordless to but there no real cordless gaming mice really, As for the keyboard I like the extra options and the backlighting fits the lighting in my clear case.

Plus money nothing to me.
