Keyboard Not Recognizing Keys + New Keyboard to buy?

I am having issues with my Razer Lycosa Mirror keyboard. The "p", tilde
(~), ctrl (both keys), and 6 keys are not working.
This keyboard is very new -- I bought it about 3 months ago.

I tried popping the key off and pressing the plastic "suction cup" like
button. No response. But when I do this with a working key, it works just
fine...

I had spilled about half a cup of water on the keyboard. However, it kept on working for an extra 22-24 hours before it started to bug out.

Now, my main goal is to fix this keyboard, but I'm guessing its pretty much impossible. I bought the board in the US but live in Turkey, so my chances of getting Razer to send me a new one is pretty much zilch. (but I am trying). So, my question is: what other keyboards would you suggest?

I dont care much at all about special macros or stuff like that. I DO like back-lighting though. I realize the Lycosa may seem like overkill, but I absolutely love the feel. When I hit internet cafes I can barely use the standard "blocky" keyboards. The Microsoft X4 looks like it could be what I'm looking for. What do you suggest?

Cost is not a main issue. Ideally under 100$, but it depends on how much you suggest a certain model.

Good think about the Sidewinder X4 is it's NKRO ( won't block certain key combos).

Plus, it's not that expensive. Most keyboards die because of spills, not because they get worn out.

Yeah I'm really pissed about the spills. Still, I've owned 2 Lycosas in a 1 year period. Yes, I spill but I think they're a little on the weak side. Would it be that hard to insulate some of the hardware? Gamers eat/drink while gaming, and I'm pissed to lose 2 60$ keyboards in 1 year...

Firstly, is there a way to fix this keyboard? I mean 90% of the keys work...
Secondly, when a spill does occur, is there anything you guys do to keep it from damaging anything? Unplug the keyboard?

Just so I'm clear, how good is the X4 for typing? I read some reviews saying the keys are "too high" or something. Again, I want something inbetween a laptop and a mechanical keyboard -- exactly what the lycosa was...
