I am having issues with my Razer Lycosa Mirror keyboard. The "p", tilde
(~), ctrl (both keys), and 6 keys are not working.
This keyboard is very new -- I bought it about 3 months ago.
I tried popping the key off and pressing the plastic "suction cup" like
button. No response. But when I do this with a working key, it works just
fine...
I had spilled about half a cup of water on the keyboard. However, it kept on working for an extra 22-24 hours before it started to bug out.
Now, my main goal is to fix this keyboard, but I'm guessing its pretty much impossible. I bought the board in the US but live in Turkey, so my chances of getting Razer to send me a new one is pretty much zilch. (but I am trying). So, my question is: what other keyboards would you suggest?
I dont care much at all about special macros or stuff like that. I DO like back-lighting though. I realize the Lycosa may seem like overkill, but I absolutely love the feel. When I hit internet cafes I can barely use the standard "blocky" keyboards. The Microsoft X4 looks like it could be what I'm looking for. What do you suggest?
Cost is not a main issue. Ideally under 100$, but it depends on how much you suggest a certain model.
