Keyboard Issues

OK, so a while ago i had a really cheap (like 5 dollar) keyboard. When i was playing planet-side i discovered that i could press up to six buttons at once
(in the same area of the keyboard) and the computer would accept input from all of them. So recently, my awesome cheapie broke and i replaced it with a logitech keyboard (also cheap but not as cheap). On this keyboard I can only press three keys in the same area of the keyboard.. Can some one tell me If there is a way to change this or what keyboards can accept more simultaneous input.

My logitech does 4. Its common, and no it cannot be changed....you ever push more than 4 at once???

in CS:S i can press W+A+CTRL and not be able to switch weapons with the number keys. But i guess it doesnt matter, as you cant change the maximum number...oh well
