Keyboard intermittenly types double

I have a user with a T43p with dock, keyboard, mouse, monitor connected. I thought the problem was on the motherboard connector and replaced the motherboard but the problem is still there. I just wanted to find out if anyone else has seen these type of issues.

In the windows Control Panel there is a Keyboard Icon, click on it and you'll be able to make your keyboard type slower and make other adjustments... Also, check your BIOs, sometimes there are keyboard settings in there.
