Keyboard get stuck in excel

I have several machines running excel 2000 that has similar problem, sometimes the shift key gets stuck and if ur in excel.. it acts if the SHIFT key is stuck so when u click one 1 cell, and goto another cell, it selects the range of it, and it gets stuck in windows explorer and stuff until I exit
