Keyboard and Mouse Combo

I am looking for some suggestions on a kb & mouse combination for a new rig I want to put together. Here are some guidlines I am trying to follow:

1. Looking to keep the wires to a minimum (doesn't have to be wireless, just looking to keep the desktop clear of spaghetti).
2. Looking to go with an optial mouse that would still be good for twitch type gaming.
3. Color scheme should be mostly black.

I would appreciate if any of you have any suggestions.
