What is the recommended kettlebell size for a male with average to above average strength?
I've never used KB's before. Ideally, I'd like to pick up a single bell that would allow me to do the most exercises, with the focus on conditioning and toning; not pure strength.
I've tried lifting 35 lbs and 45 lbs KBs in the store. The 45# felt too heavy and the 35# felt good. What size does ATH&F recommend?
