Hehe, that sounds just like "If he cant control his daughters , how is he going to run the country?"

But that was regarding Bush and his adult daughters so it must have been valid then.

😉

The hipocrisy in strong in this thread, from both sides.

how is this news?

WOW -- irony. You're usually the FIRST person to post useless crap like this from Drudge. Congradulations on having some sense for once.

Cheers:beer: (low-carb, heart friendly miller lite).

And this is an issue, why?

Shows me they're a more real couple, not smiling robots.

Plus, their marrital issues are none of our business.

I seem to recall the liberals making a HUGE fuss over the president's daughters getting arrested...

The tables are turned, and we see their true colors...

How is getting arrested comparable to needing a break from your spouse?

Breaking the law is one thing, getting pissed at your husband or wife is another.

😕

Was anyone convicted? Do you ever speed? Do you ever drive a block before you put a seatbelt on? Ever spit on a sidewalk or did a rolling stop?

Being a lawful person means you respect every single law, not just major ones.

As for the argument , its a funny little footnote thing kind of like when Clinton fell and rolled down his driveway and his dog started biting him on his a$$. Not relevant but mildly interesting.

This article is disgusting.

This has absolutley no bearing on his campaign, and those who report on it are despicable.

If it were happening to George and Laura, I would probably feel a bit of schadenfreude, but that's 'cause I am an imperfect moral being. My estimation of its newsworthiness and of the people who reported on it would remain the same.

If this was intended to be a mean-spirited circle-jerk for Republicans, then I will respectfully bow out and let you have your fun. If it was meant to convince anyone who might change their opinion, then you are really reaching.

One of my absolute favorite anecdotes from Clinton's book is was his story of sleeping on the couch while they were on vacation after he confessed his BJ. The most powerful man in the world banished from the marital bedroom, it's priceless.

As someone who has been married over twenty years, I think it is safe to say that anyone who claims not to have had a loud argument with their spouse with one of them spending the night on the couch (or another hotel room) is almost certainly BS'ing you or is in involved in an absolutely passionless relationship. There may be a third category (maybe one in a million) that are the Linda and Paul McCartney type, but that's pretty far outside the realm of normal human behaviour.

IF this story is true (I rank Drudge less credible than the National Enquirer) I'd lay big odds that the fight was over something extrinsically trivial.

I wonder....on what planet would this be a valid comparison.....

A well-placed law enforcement source tells DRUDGE how Kerry and Teresa Heinz moved to separate suites at Flagstaff's Little America Hotel.

What are those Arkansas State Troopers doing in Arizona ?

Unless you can quote specific people who made a fuss over that and think this doesnt matter, STFU you're the one that's partisan.
