Kernel32.dll????????

Kernel32.dll contains many of the core OS API functions.

You get errors in kernel32.dll often because apps pass bad data into the kernel32 functions. The .dll doesn't do parameter checking because it would slow your system down so much.

So even though the crash occurrs in keren32.dll, it's usually because of bad data passed in by another module.
