Since the update to 1709 sometimes the startmenu will not work.
I am trying to find out why.
I noticed this error it is rather cryptic :
I found a kernel event tracing error.
event ID 2.
User : network service.
Opcode start.
It says the session could not be started with the following error : 0xC0000022.
Anybody know what this means ?
I also noticed that prior before logging in and noticing that the startmenu is not working, the screen turns blue for a moment before the welcome screen log in picture appears. This does not happen when i log in and the startmenu works fine.
