Kenmore dishwasher rattling - anyone know how to fix it?

I need to remove the lower spray arm and can't figure out how. Anyone have any experience in this area?

oh well, I hope I don't kill the damn thing...

Well, I got the arm off and got into the spray arm intake area and pulled out a small doodad that was a possible culprit. I put everything back together and the nopise is still there.

I am going to try going in from the other end this time...

If you know much about home theater, the problem doesn't have a good WAF...

Thanks, but I went back in through the top and found another thing - a swollen kernel of popcorn that was causing the problem...
