Heightened heart rate is not a medical symptom in most cases. I even hazard a guess that your heightened heart rate is psychosomatic based on your issues with foods.

You create anxiety and increased heart rate by eating things you *think* are affecting your health. No different than a bulimic or anorexic.
Being out of touch is quite funny on your part. I got an introverted exterior with and a tactless, extraverted, borderline irreverent asshole interior that belongs in the body of a male twice my size.

Anxiety only occurs when I don’t know what is going on or it’s something I am not practiced in, or an enemy is dangerous. Bulimics and anorexics are weak-minded, insecure losers who slaves to biology.

I enjoy soy. Back in the carefree days, Yeo’s usweetened soy milk was awesome stuff for the very rare times mom bought a bunch of cans in bulk. But those times were really rare because she sticks hard to budgeting.

The one time my heart rate really didn’t want to come down after a day was after a run in March. The other times were trying to drink green tea. Prior to COVID, Caffeine via soda did not do much afterwards except a little withdrawal in terms of just being tired.

My most recent batch of stress involved a break in with some mid-20s Jewish college boy likely working for the town cops. So I haven’t had the time to even track my food much. I just make sure to get my fatty fish in these days. Otherwise, I’ve been downing oranges and the aforementioned whole grain bread along with a lot of mozzarella, drinking milk, which is anything but the norm. I drank Red Bull for the first time in 16 years to try to maintain a 24 hour watch...didn’t work. The can is probably still 3/4 full.

The months prior have been occupied by figuring out how to write complaints of misconduct on the various parts of medical services(the providers being shits, transportation company being garbage, and the insurance company being garbage), and I didn’t even feel anything despite a shitty sleep schedule.

The other concern is getting a reinfection of COVID...the virus doesn’t give me overt symptoms while active except the extreme desire to sleep and extra tender nasal passages upon swabbing. I am slightly concerned one nose did swan tender but unlike last time, I’m vitamin loaded.

Do we remember when what is now Kelloggs was like 20 or 30 different companies? I personally am highly opposed to mass acquisitions, assimilations and amalgamations of brands into giant umbrella overlords..

You really are an asshole.
Not an asshole, just an idiot. Self absorbed to the point that anyone who dare deal with him end up ripping their own hair out.

You think narcissistic personalities tied to physical traits are only embodied in those with neat perfect physical attributes but this is the unique deviation.

Heightened heart-rate is just fine during/shortly after physical exertion.

IRREGULAR heightened heart-rate OTOH is very much not fine.

It might be nothing but I certainly wouldn't suggest ignoring it considering the potential consequences.

(also it's not something that can be treated in any way by eating tofu!)
I know I'm double posting, but irregular is unfortunately not objective, especially in this fellow's case.

If I have a normal rmr of 50bpm and it then moves to 70bpm I'll ponder my life changes. But it doesn't mean I'm having a heart issue. You can't really determine a medically significant heartbeat arrhythmia unless you get a cardio scan. My rmr jumps a huge amount after things like drinking, high stress, lack of sleep, etc.

I was looking at Dave's killer bread but I cannot support yet another criminal who simply channeled unethical tendencies into legitimate field yet still prone immorality.
I buy Dave's Killer Bread, to keep felons employed and off of our streets...

If you're familiar with Torn Mind's previous posts I'm not sure why you wouldn't be assuming the worst health-wise!

;)

I'm no expert so I'll let Web MD say it:

Arrhythmias can be an emergency, or they could be harmless. If you feel something unusual happening with your heartbeat, get medical help right away so doctors can find out why it's happening and what you need to do about it.

(Medically Reviewed by James Beckerman, MD, FACC on 10/21/21)

Arrhythmia

People who let that kind of stuff go and ignore symptoms because "they don't mean I have a heart-condition" are the ones who drop dead shopping in the mall. (per MY cardiologist)

An IRREGULAR heartbeat is potentially a very big deal and you ignore it at your peril.

Could be worse, could be eurythmy.

Hey, don't forget the various instances of casual racism :)

The only problem with this is that the felons working @ Dave's Bread being the type that wants to work, would almost certainly be working someplace else if Dave had never opened a bakery! (also Dave's bread is dry, comparatively flavorless AND $6 a loaf... it doesn't stack up well to say Pepperidge Farm)

Meanwhile the convicted felons you need to be concerned about have no intention/ability of ever finding an above-board line of work!

I didn't find it dry and flavorless at all. And Pepperidge Farms uses dough conditioners, IIRC.

I tried two different kinds and neither one was very good. (I wanted to like it!) What varieties are you getting that you enjoy?

Also I can get 2 loaves minimum of Pepperidge Farm or Arnold (my preferred brand) for the price of one smaller loaf of Dave's and then put 50 cents change in my pocket.

That's a lotta sammich's! :D

I buy Dave's english muffins (rockin' grains). I think they're pretty good but they are expensive at ~$5 for a package of six.
