Microsoft Windows based script host errors can result from faulty system files. Malicious programs might have compromised these files or might be victims of application conflicts. If the error happens when just running a certain browser/page, then try disabling script debugging in the browser settings or update or reinstall the browser. If the error involves running a specific game, the re-install that game.

That's an Internet Explorer script error. Presumably you have an app running which is attempting to use it. You'll need to figure out which app and decide that it's probably time to replace it.
