Anyone here work a full-time job? It's so difficult to try to keep your belly from increasing in size. I'm actually pretty skinny except my stomach area. I eat healthy and try to go to the gym a couple of times per week.

Do I need to sweat and jog all of it off?

The problem with that is I'm already skinny and don't want to lose any weight anywhere else :(

Diet and cardio to drop the fat, crunches to get the 6 pack started behind the fat while you work on losing it.

To keep muscle mass while doing heavy cardio you need to do resistance training (weights) and consume lots of protien. You also need to take care to stay in the proper zone when you train (heart rate). Too hard will consume your whole body instead of just fat and carbs.

Diet though is the main thing.

Situps and crunches alone will NOT be efficient at burning fat, you'll just have a 6 pack burried under fat. If you don't have significant fat elsewhere, you should be able to drop the belly in no time at all. Most people have to exercise and let their body take the fat from wherever it wants until the belly starts to go away over time.

Don't eat crap and don't eat too much. Honestly, you don't have to exercise to not have a gut, although it tends to help.
