Keeping windows on top

Found a great little program that will keep windows on top.
Works on all OS including win 7.

http://www.fadsoft.net/AlwaysOnTopMaker.htm

It is only 6KB, has no icon or anything when run. Just run it and it stays running in the background. Bring the window you want to stay on top to the foreground and press CTRL+ALT+T and it remains on top. CTRL+ALT+T again and it goes back to normal.

Great for videos playing in a browser.

Thanks great tool! Just wish there was a way to keep youtube videos on top while watching them and browsing the internet. I don't want to have to download them onto my hard drive either to be able to accomplish this either. Talking about keeping them in the youtube browser window but kept on top somehow. Of course you won't be able to watch them full screen like that unless you have dual monitors.

When playing a youtube video click watch in new window, the arrow above the video window on the right. Then use the program I listed to make it always on top.

The program works with keeping a window on top using Sticky Notes but once I go to undo it nothing happens. The sticky note still stays on top 🙁 Only way to stop the sticky note from being on top anymore is closing it out but I don't want to lose it.

Is there anyway to fix this ?

How do I use alwaysontop with playing youtube videos if I use Tabmixplus ? I use the force single window mode and open new links in tabs as well do I have to disable those just to get my youtube videos to play on top ?

Is there anyway I can add youtube.com as a except to the rules with those two options in Tabmixplus please?

I just noticed as well not all youtube videos have the icon to watch the video in a new window anyway 🙁 A lot of the HD and HQ videos when viewed in a window as well are not wide screen like the original video ratio and such too. What are my alternatives ?

Thanks for the laugh. The website is hilarious.

"Sometimes, for simplifying the operate, you need to make an application on top of other applications, but this application has not "always on top" option, or sometimes you need to make an application not always on top, in these conditions, you need Always On Top Maker, it is a tiny tool to make a window "always on top(TOPMOST)", or, make a topmost window not always on top. It's run on Windows 9x, Windown ME, WindowsNT, Windows 2000 an Windows XP."
