Keep my build or upgrade?

This is my current setup
E6400
Geforce 8800GTS 320
Maxtor 320gb 7200.10
Corsair HX520
Gigabyte DS3
2GB DDR2 SuperTalent

should i sell the cpu and mobo?
i have buyers wanting it for $190

and i can go and get FRYs $218 e6750 and ECS G33t-M2

i mean i might be worried about OC but i dont oc

Why are you considering an upgrade? Is this build not performing well enough for something?

I would say no. It's a lot of hassle to swap out the mobo and CPU, and you'll still have to pay a good chunk. Moreover, ECS boards are notoriously unreliable--not to mention the DS3 overclocks extremely well, which, though you have chosen not to take advantage thereof as yet, that may change in the future.

Yeah, just keep what you have.

seems like you have a pretty good build that should have no problem with any current games or progams so i would keep it. you dont want to update when you dont need it only to find out you cant when you do
