At some point it needs to be extensive enough to provide REAL relief worthy of the tax increase it requires to attain fiscal balance and sustainability.

Basic Income CAN be realized, but not like this. Not piecemeal, and not without being paid for.

Hopefully the benefits here are heartfelt by our people. To raise public awareness and support for the program.
 
It's stupid, we can't spend our way out of it. I am not saying it because i am not getting any stimulus payment as result of making too much, i am saying because it will cost inflation. We are just printing money left and right and it needs to stop. By end of summer everyone that wants t be vaccinated will be able to with exception of kids as it's just not approved for them.

2% is the stated inflation target of the federal reserve and the US has been operating at substantially below that target for the last 10+ years.

I hope what you’re saying is accurate and above 2% inflation actually happens for a sustained period. This would be good for the average american and would help the fed make up some ground on its target.

Cool, so mask up, social distance, until we can get people that actually go to work vaccinated full tilt. Instead we vaccinated people that are most vulnerable and aren't 9-5'ers, which was fine with me.
