Keep having to wait for Dynamic Data before AT page finally loads

Dynamic Data really mucking up forum smoothness and sometimes stalls the loading of forum pages. I have to refresh frequently to actually load the page.

The forums have been FUBAR'd since the Father's Day shut-down.

Pages either half-load...or fail to load.

Feels like I'm on dial up... I can see the posts loading one by one. I'm on 12Mbit. Started happening very recently. Happens from many locations too (home, work).
