Keep getting this error msg, possibly the ram? EDIT: link works now

This is the error that I get after closing 1-2 programs


Any idea? or how I can test my ram to see if it's a bad stick now?

I see those all the time on workstations here with ECC ram. It's not a (hard) memory error, it's software.

There are plenty of KB articles related to this issue.

heh, this may sound a bit odd, but i dont havy a floppy disk on this comp, due to lack of never using one 🙂
