Keep getting logged out

The forum keeps logging me out at random intervals. Sometimes, when I log in, I get the 'sucessful' page, then the forum states I don't have permission to view the selected page on the auto-refresh. Current version of FF and IE 8.06 are both doing it. This started today.
 
Have you tried clearing your cookies for anandtech in both browsers and then relogging in?

That's always fixed my login issues with this site.
 
they are cleared automatically every time I close the browser. It isn't the browser causing this, something on AT is doing it. It is like my session isn't being kept on the same box, or session state is not propagating between boxes.

Check out this screenshot I got when trying to reply to this post. The page clearly shows I am logged in, but I got the 'permission denied' error message (not logged in) when the jquery script (or whatever inline JS is being used) tried running for the quick reply.
