Keep getting hangup calls from 866-999-9611

I keep getting hangup calls from 866-999-9611 (I dial *69 after the call). Google shows that many other people have the same problem with getting calls from that number. I've been getting calls every half hour or so all night. I've tried calling the number, but get a busy signal (probably 'cuz the damn machine is making another call). What recourse do I have?

I'd like to punch somebody through the phoneline. :|

Wouldn't it show the calls coming from OP then?

Find the main phone number to the company doing it and forward it to their secretary... wasn't there a thread about that?
 
This is happening a lot to a lot of people. I myself have been having this issue. I dunno... for some reason cell phones are getting spam bombed now.

I'm with AT&T. Their website says that you can buy a service to block calls from a specific number.

Call Screening

I'll try calling AT&T and get this one number blocked for free, but my guess is that they'll try to sell me this "service".
