Works nicely in theory; although, the heart rate monitor would only work if she was actually still wearing the panties (not if they were down to her knees or on her lover's head or something).

you have to be FAST. The second the heart rate monitor stops, BAM! That way they'll only be partway down, and she'll get the full shock.

Better yet, make it computerized, so it automatically delivers the shock when the heart rate stops.
