Anybody can advise me, whether I can use this offer to pricematch with an on-line store? This model is NOT on the Office Depot website.

Do you have a Best Buy store near you? BB has the same monitor for $449.99 (before a $50 rebate). Why not go to BB and see if they'll match Office Depot for $399.99? The person in the computer department that does the price match will give you a yellow carbon copy of the price adjustment which you'll take to the register. When your receipt prints out, you'll get a rebate certificate on the receipt - allowing you to save another $50 for a net price of $350 + tax on this monitor.
