hehe, now I'm glad I didn't buy it.
I nearly did even after finding those bad reviews, since I want a 19' so bad.
Someone find a Deal on the KDS AV-195TF !!!

AV195-TF all the way, it is so worth it! And the newer version has 18.1", TCO99, higher res, then the version posted online and on the KDS website, Onvia is shipping this newer version, but looks like they increased the price since I bought it....try pricegrabber.com and do a search

I canceled my order, and you may want to as well.

I called the Buy.com customer support and they confirmed it was a "Clearance/Refurb" monitor. They said it Did NOT have the manufacturers warranty and that it would only be covered by a 30 day Buy.com warranty.

Not so hot a deal now...

Just thought every would like to know 'cause I had to wait 50mins on hold to get through. :(

I also called buy.com, the guy had no idea if it is new or not, neither did his manager. Although he checked the warehouse the monitor is supposed to ship from, and that warehouse only has new hardware. We will see... Notice the regular item in buy's computer department(which I don't think ever sells refurb item) also says no warranty... interesting...

Where does it say this is a refurb on the Webpage? Isn't this false advertizing? Does this mean the Sanyo phone I ordered from them is also a refurb? How do they get away with this? How can you tell if their stuff is new or not with out phoning them.

UPS just delivered mine and it definitely is NEW, NOT refurbished, and has a 3 yr warranty.
