Marion was 9-for-16 from the field and had seven rebounds to help the Suns improve to 3-2 in the preseason. Amare Stoudemire added 15 points and 11 rebounds for Phoenix.

Kobe Bryant led the Lakers (2-3) with 23 points, and Samaki Walker had 15 points and 14 rebounds.

There's alot of talk about Stoudemire based on his pre-season performance...possibly THE best player in the draft...not bad for someone who was in high school last year.

Have you seen him play? He looks better than Garnett did at this stage of the game . . . and head and shoulders above where guys like Kwame Brown and Tyson Chandler were at this time last year. I saw him play in person, and he had some moves that happened so fast and were so amazing that the crowd forgot to cheer. 😉 We just sat there with our jaws hanging open.
