Grr.. clicked enter too quick.. Kazaa Lite 1.7.1 dosen't seem to work! I can't seem to connect at all.. 1.6.3 worked fine.. anyone know any problems?

Mmm.. interesting. When I start it up everything is fine, but 5 seconds later, I'm disconnected, and when I try to connect it stalls. Keeps saying "Connecting.." I wait for 20 minutes, same thing. I have a cable modem.

I always delete any prexisting Kazaa and eliminate the shared folder just to avoid problems. Works good for me.

kazaa is very slow for me, Grokster was much faster, but i thoght they were the same program?

No. Kazaa is on the FastTrack network. Grokster is on the Gnutella network. They are completely separate from each other and show different results. My opionion after using both for long periods of time is that the Gnutella network is too slow for normal use. Use Kazaa/Bear Share/Limewire/whatever else is on the FastTrack network for finding most files. Go to others if you are unsuccessful.

Don't know which Grokster you are using, but my grokster is on the kazaa network. I think you mean't the new morpheus was on Gnutella

this is why i use WinMX

Ugh... what a total piece that program is. Good luck attempting to uninstall it when you're finished with it. If you want to see something funny, browse to the winmx directory on your computer. Check out the uninstall icon. Notice something funny about it?
